Meet  Kristen Graham

Our founder, Kristen Graham, is a powerhouse of knowledge, experience, and passion. With a background as a Professional Lightweight Strongwoman and a 3-time SuperLeague World Champion, Kristen brings a wealth of expertise in training, nutrition, and mindset coaching. Her journey began with a personal struggle to find a nutrition program that understood the complexities of daily life. This led her to create a business that offers more than just a plan – it offers a partnership. Furthermore, she wanted to help her clients in more than just way so she went through a rigorous program and got her Life Coach Certification. 

Her Unique Approach 

With an unwavering commitment to accountability and support, Kristen doesn't just hand you a plan and send you on your way. She walks alongside you, reviewing your blood work, body scans, and current routines to create a personalized plan that works for you. Together, you set realistic short-term and long-term goals, ensuring that you never feel alone or overwhelmed.

The Culture

Starting a workout routine can be intimidating for many people, often because it represents a significant change in lifestyle and the fear of the unknown. The anxiety of stepping into a gym for the first time, feeling self-conscious about one's fitness level, or not knowing where to begin can create a daunting barrier.
